Took a lot of unrelated classes in college, very wide scope… sort of 1970’s renaissance man… I suppose it would have been better to concentrate and then do a masters… Students can’t do what I did today, too expensive.

  1977 non matriculated, one of my sisters was doing graduate work there, so free accommodation on and off over several years, sang in the choir.
  Various classes in engineering and communications, hung out with people who later founded Cisco and Sun…

  1979, 1981 non matriculated summer school, liked hiking in the mountains
  language, design (for fun)
